New to Hope?

You’re Welcome Here.

Visiting a church for the first time can feel like a big step.
We want to make it an easy one.

At Hope Church Clayton, you’ll find a warm, down-to-earth church family, heartfelt worship, biblical teaching, and people who are genuinely glad you came.
You don’t need to know anyone. You don’t need to know exactly what you believe. And you don’t need to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.

Come as you are. There’s a place for you here.

What To Expect.

Join Us For Sunday Service - 10:30am

Hope is a smaller church, and that means Sunday feels personal.
You can expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where people know one another and are always making room for someone new.

A typical service will last about 90 minutes. We sing a good mix of contemporary and traditional music that is led by our worship team. . Plan to hang around after the service for fellowship and meeting new people.

Come as you are.  Dress how you like.  Participate as much as you feel comfortable. There’s no pressure to know what to say, where to sit, or to know what happens next.

Just come in, settle in, and let Sunday unfold. We’ll be glad you’re here.

Finding Your Way To Hope.

There are two churches on this property.
We are the small one that looks like it's right out of a Hallmark movie.

Entrance

When you arrive, enter through the double doors at the front of the building (the doors with the wreaths).

Ushers will be nearby to welcome you, answer questions, and help you find the sanctuary or anywhere else you need to go.

Accessibility

Hope is a historic church, and we want everyone who visits to feel as comfortable and supported as possible.  Because older buildings sometimes present unique accessibility challenges, we encourage you to let us know if there is anything we can do to make your visit easier.

If you have a particular accessibility need and would like to plan ahead, please contact us before your visit. We’ll be glad to help.

Attending with Children

Children are an important part of the Hope family, and we want their first visit to feel just as comfortable as yours.  Nursery care and Sunday School are available during Sunday worship, giving children a welcoming, age-appropriate place to learn, grow, and feel at home.

For ages, check-in details, nursery information, and what children can expect on Sunday, visit our Children’s Ministry page.
